This product is an integrated drive and control system developed for the application of product extraction and embedding in the injection molding industry. It is an integrated drive and control system that supports five-axis injection molding applications. A mold clamping safety circuit is built-in, and it cooperates with software logic to achieve dual mold clamping safety protection. The human-machine interface conforms to the characteristics of the injection molding machine production process, which is intuitive, clear, and allows for flexible teaching. There is a proprietary IO interaction interface for injection molding machines, and an EU67 standard injection molding machine signal board card (compatible with EU12) can be optionally configured. It has a dedicated motion control algorithm for gantry robots, and the accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
