8.9 inches Detachable Teach Pendant
This product consists of two parts: a base and a tablet. The base comes standard with start, stop, and emergency stop buttons, a state switch, and a safety enable switch, all of which are level signals led out through the base wiring harness. The standard tablet is an 8.9-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2560*1600 and is equipped with RK3588. We can provide bare tablets with an operating system (Linux+QT5). It communicates with the base via RS-422, supports network communication itself, features capacitive touch screen functionality, and has a battery capacity of 10000mAh.
Tablet：
- Teaching Programming: Touch-operated for manual robot joint control, with program editing, debugging, running and monitoring.
- Data Transmission: RS-422 via base for real-time data exchange with robot controller (status monitoring, program/parameter uploads/downloads).
- Device Control: Virtual buttons for robot operation (start/stop/pause/reset) and parameter setting; wireless monitoring when detached from base.
- Interface Interaction: 8.9-inch high-res screen with intuitive touch interface for task completion via apps.
Base：
- Daily Control: Physical buttons (start/stop/emergency stop/enable) for direct host control, meeting routine operational needs.
- Transfer Communication: 5-pin pogo-pin (RS-422) interface as communication bridge between tablet and host during debugging.
- Auxiliary Functions: Stable storage for tablet, optimized wiring, and protection in harsh oil-gas environments.
